Securing An Appointment

All appointments for the first homeopathy consultation are allotted on a first come first serve basis.  There is usually a waiting period of two to six weeks to secure an appointment. Cases needing urgent appointments are given special priority and are requested to mention the urgency during the appointment request call. To make an appointment for the first consultation, AED 625 (50% of the consultation fees) needs to be paid in advance. This would be adjusted on completion of the appointment, wherein the remaining 50% i.e AED 625 would be charged.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

By making an appointment, you are blocking 75 minutes of the homeopath’s time. If you do not show up, that time is wasted while many are on a wait list. If you cannot make it to the appointment, we urge you to please inform the reception as soon as possible by calling +971 4 395 3333 or send a WhatsApp message on +971 55 553 6566.

In case of a no show or cancellation done within less than 24 hours of the appointment, the 50% advance paid (AED 625) would be non-refundable and non-adjustable.

Insurance Coverage

Most insurances reimburse for our services (they fall under the “Alternative Medicine” category). Your physician or therapist would provide you with an insurance claim form at the end of your visit that you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance provider. Since we do not  bill the insurance company directly, we recommend that you call your insurance provider to check provisions of your policy.
